Emma pribrala desať kíl, brutálne jej to prospelo: Z vychrtliny sexi cica!

I shy away from posting transformations these days as im aware that they can be a bit ~problematic~ (placing too much emphasis on achieving a “certain look” etc) – but I feel the message I wanna talk about is important 🙆🏻‍♀️ (quick fyi: my weight is only included to emphasise that weight gain isn’t *bad* and that ive grown muscle, your weight really isn’t that important). anyway – my journey has never been about dramatic weight loss; it’s been about steadily becoming healthier & stronger and learning to how to eat, train, and treat my body properly. . back in 2015 I was pretty damn skinny: under eating & over training. over the course the past few years ive educated myself and learned how to properly exercise and eat to see results while maintaining a pretty happy & balanced life – one I initially didn’t lead when I got into “fitness”. I weigh more now, eat more now, and socialise more now which in turn has made me more confident/happy/healthy in my body – all whilst still being able to achieve “goals” ive set myself. for me, this was always the most important thing. I was tired (and still am) of seeing obsessive & restrictive “fitspo’s” on insta who guised their eating disorders with hashtag #gymlife hashtag #healthyeating. don’t get me wrong, if that makes you happy you do you hey, but it didn’t for me, and im v glad and grateful to have found a groove to suit me. trust me when I say there’s a more sustainable and enjoyable way to be fit and healthy friends, which doesn’t involve drinking kale smoothies. ~ ✨also on the topic: i’ve currently got spaces open for online coaching – so if you’d like guidance with achieving your goals, are stuck in a bit of a rut and want to change your restrictive mindset whilst still seeing progress in the gym, please email me: emlouisefitness@outlook.com (or you can click the email link in my bio, OR directly through my website, tried to make it easier haha) 🤗 pretty excited to offer this properly now i’m fully qualified woohoo 🙂 . (aaaand for reference i’m 5’5 & these photos are about 3yr’s apart). keep lifting and eating and having fun friends 😊

weight shouldn’t really mean anything but ive included it to make a point – that skinny doesn’t equate to happiness. also don’t think ive ever shared the pic on the left before… I remember taking it as a progress shot tho after a few months of starting my “fitness journey”. it was very early 2016 & id lost about half a stone !!! (half a stone I didn’t need to lose lol) so was a bit underweight. I was basically just restricting my food and running a lot, hence why I have minimal muscle/strength. I genuinely fell into the trap of thinking if the weight on the scale went down id be happier and have the physique of my ~dreams~. little did I know lol. very silly and incorrect. thankfully I got out of the negative restrictive cycle, learned to lift weights, fell back in ❤️ with food and gained some much needed weight and never looked back. also discovered that *fitness* does more than just change your body and started looking after my actual health too rather than just chasing a certain “look”. admittedly my transformation might not seem like the most dramatic of things but sometimes it’s not about that. and also I think ive managed to grow a fair bit of muscle for a smol person, increase my strength and am mentally in a far better place – which is the most important thing IMO. also slowwww and steady wins the race ☺️🤗 happy sundays 💛 . #transformation #fitnessprogress #fitnesstransformation #transformationtuesday

nude leggings are all fun n games till you go too hard in your leg sesh and have to walk home looking like youve p*ssd urself ha ha :/ 🙁 also, day numero uno of “operation health goddess” has gone successfully ✅ {see my story for me chatting about current eating/training plan}, but to give you the low-down im v v ready to smash some (physical and mental) goals and snap bacccck. programmed myself 6 weeks of eating in a slight calorie deficit and training avg. 5x a week (2 leg days, 1 upper, 1 full & a conditioning day with some steady state cardio 🏃🏼‍♀️). I haven’t had a “plan plan” when it comes to fitness for bloody ages, I generally just wing it and am a thorough advocate of balance. BUT – that being said – there are undeniably times in your life when it may be necessary/beneficial to be a bit more regimented and strict when it comes to food/training, and I feel like im at that one of those stages 😊. ill pop lots of updates on here, show you how it impacts my physique/energy/mentality etc etc. mainly hope this helps me stop eating 4 slices of cake for dinner lol ( help )
