✒️+📷: @naturallystefanie The power of plants and weights 🙌🏻 On the left I was very much undereating thinking my small meals of egg whites and spinach was a full meal and doing daily hiit in my living room thinking I was going to get super shredded and “toned” .. what actually happened was I lost all muscle my body had from years of swimming and my metabolism was non existent ! Fast forward 4 years and I am the heaviest I’ve ever been yet leanest and best shape of my entire life maintaining lean muscle all year round and eating all the foods (my cacao-holics know me) ✌🏼 By no means is there such a thing as a perfect diet , lifestyle, workout plan or body; there is what works for you and the best shape and routine that YOU can achieve 🤗 (but I am bias and will say el glutes are all thanks to my tofu and epic protein pancake stacks

✒️+📷: @sherlyn_fitness You know, even after so many people telling me that I'm fat now, or I gained weight, or that my life must be good because I'm chubbier now, I still try to remind myself that people can say anything they want but you can choose NOT to accept it. . . Coming to Melbourne really is eyes opening. Conversation with my friends here always begin with how's my day, or if we didn't see each other for a while, we would bring little gifts for each other or just ask how each other doing just to get to know more about each other. There's very little to no one actually make a comment about my appearance aside from happy for me being myself. Maybe my circle here is still small haha but I honestly would much prefer people to get to know more about me instead of judging my appearance. I've received lots of comments lately about my weight gained although I've been public posting about my weight gained for almost half a year now talking about my struggle to adapt to the weather and work stress of expanding a brand overseas. But there are still some people would comment about how I look. They didn't like my hair, they didn't like my weight gained, they didn't like my tattoo etc. And i will be honest with u that I still get affected a lil sometimes because I had been masking this perfection on the outside for so many years. . . I wanna write this post is to educate more people to be more caring about each others life and to be less judgemental. When someone ask you how are you, don't take it as in like someone is trying to get soemthing from you. When you're asking someone about how's their life, ask sincerely without having judgements in your head. When you see someone gained or lose weight, weight should be the last thing that you should worry about but instead, that person's life should be something that you could care more about. In my case, I do enjoy when I was in S OR XS size.

✒️+📷: @beth_fitnessuk Do you know the funniest thing about this? I actually used to think I ate A LOT of food. Always pigging out on junk to try and gain weight.. 🙃 In actual fact when I first started keeping a diary of my meals I was so surprised at how low my calorie intake was! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Since then I have learned to build a healthy relationship between tracking my food and living my life. You don’t NEED to track to make progress but for me it just works!😅 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀I think it’s a good idea if your starting out to track your intake for a few weeks to get an idea then adjust it accordingly✅. I am entering this sunny season in a bulk in prep for my first ever competition next year! Soo your gal is gonna be a little on the fluffier side on the beach but WHO CARES👸🏽 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Like I still look fab🤘🏼, HELL I looked fab in the left pic too I just wasn’t healthy mentally. Mental health is super important just as much as physical, so I will embrace the extra body fat, the extra food and remember life is way too damn short to worry about people’s opinions on how you look!😁💞 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀p.s check my YouTube if you want some basic tips on how to start tracking, what macro nutrients are etc as I did a video on it recently! Type in Bethany Tomlinson into ya YouTube browser! 💖💖💖
